How Do I Assign A Ringtone To A Contact?

Would you like to play a specific ringtone or MP3 on your Palm Pre for different contacts?

1. Bring up the contact by typing their name on the keyboard; universal search should list them after only a few letters.
2. Tap the edit button at the bottom of the card. 
3. Scroll down and you should see the ringtone box right under their phone number(s).
4. Tap "Set a Ringtone"  you will now see a new card called Ringtones which will list  all the ringtones on your Palm Pre, if you want to use one of those just tap it.
5. You can also assign any sound files on your Pre as a ringtone by tapping the small music note button in the lower right hand corner and selecting from the resulting list of music files.
